CHOOSE YOUR ACCOMODATION
You can find the best accomodation for you using "Search" menu at the main navigation bar.
This is our search engine,it allows you to find the accomodation nearest to your
requirements. If you just want to have a look on our apartments you can use this menu
to see all accomodations we present you. Another way to proceed is through the
"Villas", "Residences" or "Apartments" pages. They present the accomodations grouped by
type.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Once you have found an accomodation you would like to have more information, you can
have a more detailed description by clicking on the accomodation name or photo. The
description, photos and the complete list of features of the house will be displayed.
If it is of your interest and you decide to book it, push the "Reservation" button and you
will have access the booking procedure.
BOOKING FORMS
In order to complete your booking procedure you first need to login as a registered user, if you are not yet a registered user please click on the 'Click here' link on bottom of login form. Follow next section for information on how to register.
REGISTER A NEW USER:
The first form you should fill is the "Customer Data" form. If you are a new customer
you should fill all fields except the "District County" and the "FAX" fields which
aren't mandatory. By pushing the "Register Now" button your regitration will be
complete and your User Home will be shown. Your data will be inserted in our data
base without implying any kind of obbligation for you to continue the booking
procedure. You can book in a second time or avoid to book at all.
You can decide whenever you want to interrupt the booking procedure. Your personal data
will be treated in conformity with Italian law (see our privacy policy for further details).
If you are an already registered customer you can complete the login by filling "User Name" and "Password" fields.
From the user area you can complete your booking by clicking on 'complete reservation' link.
The "Booking Form" will be shown, which allows you to choose the holiday
start-finish. You should fill the "Additional Requests" text area if you have some
specific needings which aren't included in the accomodation feature list. By pushing
the "Calculate Cost" button you access the "Holiday Cost" sheet giving you the summary
of your requests and the price of the holiday you are booking.
Pushing the "Confirm Request" your booking will be sent to our personnel (a confirmation mail will
be sent at the email you gave for your reference). We reccomend you to write down the
"Booking Code".
The new reservation can be now seen in your User Home inside the 'Your Reservations History' table.
By clicking on the booking code you can see reservation details. The details view will allow you to cancel the reservation if you want to interrupt the procedure.
Whithin 48 Hrs you will receive an mail which confirms you the apartment availability.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After you receive the email that confirms availability you can confirm your
reservation by paying a booking advance equal to 10% of the entire holiday cost. You can pay using credit
card:
Login to your User Area and click on look at 'Your Reservations History' table .
Reservation with availability confirmed by us can be completed by clicking on 'Confirm Booking'.
You need to specify your credit card number and validity to complete your booking confirmation.
Congratulations, your booking procedure is now complete.
An email will be sent you as the entire procedure will be completed. Booking Conditions policies will be applicable starting from that moment.

Occasionally in case apartament is not available we may propose you an alternate location in answer to your booking request. In this case the proposed location will be shown in the Reservations History table as a new reservation.
To accept and complete the reservation just clock on Booking Code to access bookind details and then proceed with Booking Confirmation to provide your credit cards details. Also in this case a booking advance equal to 10% of total reservation cost will be charged.
