On the mountain road leading from Menaggio, on the west bank of Lake Como, to Lugano and Switzerland is the hamlet "Cardano di Grandola", a group of houses constructed mainly of old grey local stone.
The "casetta" is situated in the famous and magnificiet garden of Villa Bagatti: a wonderland of pines, larches, maples, yews, an ancient cedar and, in variuos season, clumps of many-coloured flowers.
Trees are planted in strategic spots to give the most colourful and diverse impressions and the variety of subtle greens is striking.
In this romantic garden on the upper level you will find at your disposal a beatiful swimming pool (13m x 6m) to relax yourselves surrounded by a picturesque alpine landscape.

The "casetta" is located in the park of Villa Bagatti close to the swimming pool and the garden upper level.
It is a little country house with open kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, dining room with sofa and Tv, one bedroom on the lofted floor with one double and two singles beds.
Heating and chimney grant you a comfortable stay aslo during the winter season.
